Top Three Questions

Our system can send an email to you with instructions on resetting your login ID.

Go to the sign in page, and then enter your email address in the 'Lost Password' box. Our system will send you an email which has your username plus a link to choose a new password. Make sure you enter the email address you used when you registered with us. If you get a message that the email address is not registered, please enter an alternative email which you may have used when setting up your account with us.

If you cannot remember your password, click on the link in the email to set a new password. Your browser will then go to a page to choose a new password.

The password changing link is only active for a few hours. If the time has expired, you can just request another password reset email from the Handouts Online sign-in box.

Log into your account. Click on the 'Edit Profile' tab.

Enter your new email address and click on 'save'.

The Extended Licence is a type of membership offered by Handouts Online. It is designed for teachers who conduct their lessons using Skype or on the telephone.

There are two great benefits of the Extended Licence:

1) You get additional access to worksheets without teaching notes or an answer key.

2) The licence allows you to send the worksheets to students as an email attachment or as a Skype attachment.
