FAQ: About Handouts Online

Handouts Online is a web site for ESL (English as a Foreign Language) teachers. It has a library of worksheets which can be downloaded, printed and used in classes. All the worksheets are in PDF Format.

Our worksheets are available on a membership system. You can access all of our materials for just US$24 for one year. The Online and Print licence allows you to use worksheets both in the classroom and online through Zoom or Teams. You can also email worksheets to students.

If you would like to try our some of our worksheets for free, we have some samples which you can download and print out.

Joining Handouts Online is very easy. Just follow this link to create an account.

You can get more information on our worksheets by browsing all our worksheets. You can also search our library. Just enter some key words into the search box top right.

All our handouts are designed to be printed on A4 or legal sized paper. They&aposre perfect for inkjet and laser printers. Every worksheet comes with step-by-step teaching instructions on a separate page.

Handouts Online strives to provide a balanced selection of supplementary materials, both for business and general English lessons.

There are grammar worksheets, situation lessons, crossword puzzles, cut-out cards, wordsearches, information gap exercises and much more. We have both business and general English.

You can browse our listings or check out some sample worksheets.

All of our worksheet have comprehensive teaching notes. These notes contain both a suggested lesson plan, and answers to the exercises.

Membership includes worksheets without the teaching notes or answer key. These are perfect for sending to students for Zoom / Teams lessons.

Remember that the lesson plan notes are only a suggestion. We strongly encourage you to adapt the way you use these worksheets to suit the dynamics of your class.

Yes. You don't need to get our permission. However, by downloading these worksheets, you agree to abide by the following:

1. These worksheets remain the property of Handouts Online.
2. You must not save them elsewhere on the Internet, charge others to use them, or claim authorship.
3. You cannnot share them with other teachers who are not members of Handouts Online.
