FAQ: Troubleshooting

We partner with Stripe for secure online payments. If you need to enter your address, make sure you're using the address that is registered for your card. That might be different to where you are living!

To log in, you need your email address and password.

Your password is case-sensitive. Be sure not to mix upper and lower case letters. Also, be careful not to add any additional spaces.

If you cannot remember your log-in details, go to the password reset page. Make sure your using the email address you signed up with!
